Position: Estimation & Costing Engineer – HVAC Projects

Location: Pune

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry: Pharma HVAC / Clean Room Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Handle estimation & costing for HVAC Clean Room projects
- Review client enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
- Coordinate with HVAC/clean room vendors for quotations
- Prepare comparison sheets, estimates & item-wise costing
- Conduct technical & commercial rate comparisons
- Understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, Design, Purchase & Project teams
- Attend client meetings and follow up on submitted quotations & POs




- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, vendor offers and POs
- Conduct market research and identify recent PAN India business opportunities
- Build relationships with clients, consultants and vendors
- Maintain item-level costing/master data across projects

HVAC Design knowledge will be an added advantage.

We’re Looking For

✔ B.E. Mechanical Engineer

✔ 3+ years of relevant experience in Pharma HVAC / Clean Room Estimation & Costing

✔ Strong understanding of HVAC project costing & quotations

✔ Good vendor & client coordination skills

✔ Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up abilities

✔ Willingness to travel PAN India when required

Pay: ₹15,081.20 - ₹29,686.45 per month

Work Location: In person
