We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Estimation Engineer to handle project BOQs, billing cycles, and cost estimations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate preparation of client and subcontractor invoices, reconcile payments, and provide competitive cost proposals. Timely submission of billing documentation and tackling disputes confidently are key aspects of this role.

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in line with project requirements and contract terms.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and reconciliation of client and subcontractor invoices.
- Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads, with precision.




- Perform in-depth rate analysis for work items based on current market trends.
- Prepare cost proposals and pricing for tenders and bids, ensuring competitiveness.
- Address and resolve billing disputes and estimation challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines for billing cycles and tender submissions.
- Present joint measurement sheets to clients for approvals and maintain clarity in documentation.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior design principles, with the ability to present joint measurement sheets to clients.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational abilities.
