Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Consultant – Oracle EBS with strong expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle Workflow. The candidate will be responsible for Oracle EBS implementation, customization, technical development, production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing and customizing Oracle EBS applications and should be comfortable working with functional and technical teams to deliver reliable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, maintain, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
- Design and develop Oracle Forms based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Workflow processes.
- Participate in Oracle EBS implementation, customization, upgrade, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop technical components, interfaces, reports, extensions, and customizations within Oracle EBS.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Perform application testing, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams.
- Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and deployment procedures.




- Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Follow development standards and best practices for Oracle EBS customization and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (IT/CS) or equivalent degree.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS technical development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms development.
- Strong experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) page development and customization.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Workflow development and customization.
- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation, customization, support, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience with Oracle EBS technical architecture and development standards.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS interfaces, APIs, concurrent programs, and extensions.
- Experience with Oracle Reports and XML Publisher/BI Publisher.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS integrations with external applications.
- Experience working in implementation as well as production support environments.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging in Oracle EBS.
