- Enter and update daily production, material, inventory, purchase and dispatch data in the ERP system.

- Prepare and update Production Orders, Job Cards, Material Issues, Stock Transfers and GRN entries as required.

- Maintain accurate records of raw material, WIP, finished goods and consumables.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Accounts departments for data collection and ERP transactions.

- Verify ERP entries against physical documents and report discrepancies to the concerned department.

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly ERP reports as required by management.

- Maintain proper documentation and records related to ERP transactions.

- Support stock reconciliation and inventory verification.

- Ensure timely closure/update of production and material transactions in ERP.

- Assist in identifying and resolving basic ERP data-entry or transaction-related issues.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
