ABOUT MCPL
Morari Commercial Private Limited (MCPL) / VERDE is a greenfield Fire-Refined High Conductivity (FRHC) Continuous Cast Rod (CCR) copper manufacturing facility being established at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. With a planned annual capacity of 58,000 metric tons, MCPL will be among the most significant copper rod manufacturers in North India.
ROLE SUMMARY
MCPL is deploying a custom-built ERP across the entire plant — gate entry and weighment, inward material, baling and production, quality, dispatch, stores, and reporting. This role owns the ground-level rollout: making sure the system is used correctly by operators, supervisors, and department staff on the shop floor, and keeping it running reliably once live.
This is a floor-facing role, not a desk role. Success is measured by whether the plant actually runs on the ERP — accurately, every shift. Working coding ability is expected for scripting, data checks, and debugging; feature development and code changes sit with the IT Head.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ground-Level Implementation —
Drive rollout across every department on the floor — gate, weighbridge, stores, production, quality, and dispatch — ensuring each user operates the system correctly in live conditions, shift after shift. (Primary accountability)
2. Data Accuracy & Verification —
Cross-check entries made by data entry operators and department users; identify incorrect, missing, or duplicate records and get them corrected at source.
3. Training & Onboarding —
Train new and existing employees on the modules relevant to their role, run refreshers, and confirm competence before granting live access.
4. Process & System Documentation —
Create and maintain department-wise system handbooks, SOPs, and process flow documentation, keeping them current as the ERP evolves.
5. Requirement Definition —
Translate floor problems and department requests into clear, developer-ready requirements for new modules and updates, with process flows, field definitions, and acceptance criteria.
6. Error Resolution & Coordination —
Log, reproduce, and prioritize ERP errors; coordinate with the IT Head on corrections and verify fixes before they reach users.
7. System Monitoring —
Monitor ERP performance, data integrity, and availability daily, escalating issues before they affect plant operations.
8. IT Support —
Provide first-line IT support to other departments — user accounts, access rights, hardware and peripherals, printing, and connectivity.
9. System Administration —
Handle routine administration: user and role management, master data upkeep, backup verification, and related system administration duties.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT & SK
MCPL's ERP is a custom-built web application with a mobile companion app — a Node.js and TypeScript backend, a Next.js and React frontend, and a PostgreSQL database, running on cloud hosting alongside an on-premise server at the plant. Familiarity with this stack is an advantage; willingness to learn it is a requirement.
