Required Skill set

- 5–7 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.

- Robust understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365ERP ecosystem.

- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Job Responsibility

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, consultants, and developers.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources,



and risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and help translate business needs into functional specifications.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Ensure best practices, documentation standards,and quality assurance processes are followed.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management.

- Prepare project status reports and communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management.
