Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant-Business Central

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with 5 + years of in-depth expertise in ERP implementations. The role focuses on driving complete end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Perpetual (On-Premises) and Cloud (SaaS) environments. The consultant will lead requirement gathering, solution mapping, system configuration, data migration, and functional deployment to ensure smooth and successful ERP rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead greenfield and full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual Cloud).
- Conduct detailed requirement workshops and map client business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Service .
- Configure Business Central modules as per business requirements and industry standards.
- Manage complete data migration lifecycle including data mapping, cleansing, loading, verification, and reconciliation.
- Prepare high-quality functional design documents , process flows, test scenarios, and user manuals.
- Deliver end-user training , support UAT execution, and provide solid postgo-live support.




- Ensure all implementations follow Microsoft best practices and project methodologies (Sure Step/Agile).
- Collaborate with technical/development teams for customizations while ensuring minimal deviation from standard functionality.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert for clients in both Cloud and Perpetual BC environments.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual Cloud).
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle ERP implementations (minimum 4 to 6 end-to-end projects ).
- Deep functional understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Manufacturing modules.
- Proven experience in data migration , including master data, transactional data, and opening balances.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server (for On-Premise data operations) and BC standard data migration tools/configuration packages.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional certifications preferred.
