Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Project Manager will lead end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization projects for clients, ensuring alignment between business requirements, system configuration, and process outcomes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune and involves working closely with finance, operations, HR, and technology stakeholders to map processes, define functional specifications, and oversee project timelines and deliverables.

The ERP Project Manager will coordinate vendors and internal teams, manage budgets and resource plans, and monitor risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.



Daily responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, validating system design, supporting data migration and testing, training end users, and driving adoption of new workflows. The role also involves preparing project documentation, presenting status updates to leadership, and recommending continuous improvements to enhance performance, control, and scalability.

Qualifications

- Strong enterprise resource planning expertise, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy and hands-on ERP implementations.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data, assess business needs, and measure project performance.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning as it relates to ERP projects and operational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of business process design, mapping, and optimization in multi-functional environments.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end technology or ERP projects, including vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP vendor certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience working with CFOs or finance leadership teams, preferably in consulting, professional services, or transformation projects.
- Ability to work in office in Pune, with flexibility to engage in intensive project phases and client interactions.
