Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI-driven solutions, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices, along with proven experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver business-critical applications.
- Drive end-to-end product development using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders to define project roadmaps.
- Lead AI/ML initiative implementation and integration into enterprise applications.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.




- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource planning.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning concepts, and AI-driven product development.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with project planning, sprint management, and release delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience in enterprise product development environments.
