Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of engineers responsible for plant maintenance, ensuring productive operation of production facilities.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations and develop solutions to address them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in engineering or related field with expertise in plant maintenance or utility management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical equipment, instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects related to plant maintenance or capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives.
