AGM/ Sr. Manager Engineering Coordinator (MMH Ferrous/Non-Ferrous)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering

Purpose of the Role To lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for Metals, Minerals, Material Handling, Ferrous, and Non-Ferrous projects, ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables while maintaining compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage engineering activities across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor engineering schedules, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements to meet project timelines.
- Act as the primary interface between clients, consultants, statutory agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
- Identify, resolve, and proactively manage inter-disciplinary engineering issues and design interfaces.
- Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and coordination meetings with project teams and external stakeholders.
- Support project execution teams by providing engineering inputs during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and engineering best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, highlight risks,



and recommend mitigation measures to achieve project objectives.
- Drive successful project delivery within approved schedule, budget, and quality parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in Metals & Minerals, Material Handling, Beneficiation, Steel Plant, Ferrous, or Non-Ferrous projects.
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary engineering coordination and project interfaces.
- Experience managing interactions with clients, consultants, licensors, and vendors.
