- Responsibilities:

•
- Managing EPC Tendering Dept.

•
- Review and Summary for Substation Tender Document/Specification

•
- Attending the Site Visit, Kick off meeting and meeting with Client for Tendering

•
- Define &
- Evaluating Competitors / competitive position

•
- Making overall tendering schedule for Substation EPC tender.

•
- BOQ and Work Scope define to request quotation to vendors and sub-contractors and review for final BOQ received from Design team.

•
- Coordination with Tendering design team or sub-contractors to make Basic design and BOQ for tendering

•
- Making Inquiry, receiving & clarification quotation and negotiation with sub-vendor and contractors

•
- Making proposal document (Overall project schedule, organization chart, technical data and drawing received from Vendors and other required document for Tender).

•
- Costing / budgetary for complete Substation EPC project

•
- Evaluate project risk

•
- Review tender result / Hand-over successful bid to the project team.

Requirements

Skills

•

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

•




- Managing and Coordination Design team and evaluating sub-vendors and sub-contractors for substation materials and works.

•
- Knowledge of costing of overall substation project and risk

•
- Knowledge of equipment and all related works for substation.

Minimum Requirements

•

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience

•
- MS-Office(Excel, Word, Power Point), Auto CAD(Printing and minor edit), MS-Project or Primavera

•
- Managing or coordination for Min. 1 No. of substation construction execution
