Role Description This is a full-time, in office Engineer – Power Electronics role based in Vadodara. The engineer will simulate and test power conversion circuits such as AC-DC and DC-DC converters, motor drives, and related gate driver circuits. The role involves building and testing prototypes, performing validation and debugging, and documenting test procedures and results.

The engineer will also support standard product development, contribute to evaluation board design,



and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to refine technical requirements and ensure reliable, manufacturable solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in power electronics, including AC-DC and DC-DC converter topologies, motor drives, and gate driver circuit design.
- Skills in hands-on prototyping, laboratory testing, use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters), and debugging of hardware.
- Knowledge of sensor and control board design, control strategies for power converters, and basic embedded or microcontroller interfacing for power systems.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, prepare design documentation, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- Understanding of safety standards, reliability considerations, and thermal management in power electronic hardware is beneficial.
- Prior experience in product development, evaluation board design, or working with R&D; and industrial clients is an advantage.
