Talendroid Technologies is seeking an experienced Application Engineer - Gauging (Engineer III Software) to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time hybrid position offering the opportunity to work on advanced gauging and measurement software solutions within a global engineering environment.

Job SummaryThe Application Engineer will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and supporting software applications used in gauging and measurement systems. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product management, quality, and customer-facing teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications for gauging and measurement solutions.
- Design and implement customer-specific application configurations and workflows.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global engineering, product management, and quality teams.
- Support deployment, integration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement and product enhancement initiatives.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in software application development and engineering.
- Strong programming experience in C++, C#, or .NET technologies.
- Experience developing Windows-based applications.
- Knowledge of software debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data management concepts.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with gauging, metrology, inspection, or measurement systems.
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial automation environments.
- Experience integrating software with hardware devices and measurement equipment.
- Understanding of quality control and precision measurement processes.
