About the JobTalendroid Technologies is seeking an experienced Engineer III, Software to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++, Qt Framework, desktop application development, and embedded systems. This role involves designing and developing software solutions for advanced analytical and measurement instruments while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++ and Qt.
- Develop applications for Windows desktop and Embedded Linux platforms.
- Implement and support communication protocols including USB, Serial, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
- Collaborate with Hardware, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Global Engineering teams.
- Participate in software architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Investigate and resolve product issues while ensuring software quality and reliability.
- Support software release management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid proficiency in C++ programming.




- Hands-on experience with Qt Framework (Widgets/QML).
- Experience developing Windows desktop applications.
- Experience with Embedded Linux development.
- Knowledge of SQLite databases.
- Familiarity with Git, CMake, and Jira.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing software for scientific, industrial, analytical, or medical instruments.
- Knowledge of device communication and instrument control systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software quality processes.
- Exposure to regulated product development environments.
