- Operate and maintain industrial gas utility systems for the manufacturing facility.

- Handle gas distribution systems, pipelines, valves, regulators and pressure-control equipment.

- Monitor gas pressure, flow, consumption and system performance.

- Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of gas utility systems.

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.

- Coordinate with gas suppliers, OEMs, contractors and service agencies.

- Monitor gas storage, distribution and supply systems.

- Troubleshoot gas leakage, pressure fluctuation and supply-related issues.

- Review P&IDs;, utility layouts, equipment specifications and gas distribution drawings.

- Maintain utility logs, consumption records, maintenance schedules and reports.

- Support utility load calculations and capacity planning.

- Ensure compliance with EHS, gas safety and statutory requirements.

- Conduct regular inspections and support emergency-response preparedness.

- Coordinate with Production, Process, EHS, Projects and Maintenance teams.
