This position is a replacement for Mr. Pradeep K., Engineer (Customer QAD), and we are proposing to fill this role at the Engineer or Senior Engineer level.

What you'll do

- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (8D, CAPA, 5 Why, FTA)
- Provide quick and effective responses to customer queries
- Prepare and submit PPAP & ISIR documents
- Monitor customer portals and OEM scorecards (Hyundai, Kia, Renault, Stellantis, MSIL)
- Perform warranty analysis and implement corrective actions
- Execute interim containment actions for customer and warranty issues
- Support and manage customer audits (5 Star, VSA, MPA, ASES)

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Quality / Automotive Industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, CAPA, FTA, 5 Why)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Familiarity with automotive standards and OEM requirements
