This position replacement for Manikandan E - Tool Maintenance

What you'll do

- Inspect, maintain, and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds used in production.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to reduce tool wear and avoid breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues during production and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy of tools using precision instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and tool usage logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools to ensure longevity and safety.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize tool performance and reduce downtime.

What we are looking for

- ITI / Diploma/ Engineering in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tool maintenance or tool room operations.
- Familiarity with CNC/VMC tooling and basic machining practices.
