Job Responsibilities and Impact:

1. Ensure plant and machinery and facilities management are maintained
2. Expected operational efficiency, quality environment and safety.
3. Will be responsible for performing daily maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
4. Responsible for ensuring our facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
5.



Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment.
6. Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
7. Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs
8. Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure secure operation of the facility

9. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
10. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
11. Review daily work orders and provide reports
12. Scheduling the shift of the Maintenance person
13. Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
14. Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers
15. Drafting maintenance reports.
16. Maintain critical spares of critical equipment as per requirement in maintenance store

18. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualitifications and Skills:

1. B.E / B. Tech Electrical Engineering or Mechanical or Instrumentation.
2. Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably from transformers industry.
3. Minimum 3-7years’ experience in related field. Knowledge of new technologies and latest trends in equipment used in transformers.
4. Awareness of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
5. Understand process flow and should be able to identify bottle necks.
6. Skill in managing team and mentoring all support departments including Production department.
7. Should have good knowledge on MS office and ERP system.
