Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, generating leads, increasing conversions, and improving overall email campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and promotional messages.- Manage email lists, segmentation, and subscriber databases.- Schedule and monitor email campaigns using email marketing platforms.- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and campaign layouts.- Track campaign metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions.- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.- Develop strategies to improve email engagement and lead conversion.- Maintain email marketing databases and ensure data accuracy.- Coordinate with the sales, content,



and design teams for campaigns.- Ensure emails follow applicable spam, privacy, and marketing compliance requirements.- Research email marketing trends and implement new strategies.

Required Skills

- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.- Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts.- Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue/Brevo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms.- Basic knowledge of HTML and email design is an advantage.- Good analytical and reporting skills.- Knowledge of CRM and lead-generation processes.- Creative thinking and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing preferred.
