Role Description This is a full time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role based in Lucknow.

The Email Marketing

Specialist will plan, build, and execute email campaigns to support product launches, lead generation, and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include segmenting email lists, setting up automated workflows, creating and proofreading email content, and optimizing templates for deliverability and engagement. The role involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign data,



and collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging.

The specialist will also maintain compliance with email best practices and ensure accurate documentation of campaigns and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Email Marketing Software skills, including experience with popular email platforms and CRM integrations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Automation and Lead Generation skills to design workflows, nurture prospects, and move leads through the funnel.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and drive data-informed optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for writing clear, compelling email copy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, preferably in IT or software services, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, list management, deliverability best practices, and basic HTML for email templates is an advantage.
