Patient & Insurance Calling Executive – Medical Billing

Role Overview

We are looking for a Patient & Insurance Calling Executive to verify insurance information and communicate with patients to ensure smooth medical billing processes and clean claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify Eligibility, Benefits, Copay and Deductible through payer portals, IVR and calls
- Check CPT coverage and Prior Authorization requirements
- Call patients to confirm demographics and insurance details
- Inform patients regarding applicable costs
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
- Identify and flag issues such as Inactive Insurance / Out-of-Network (OON)

Skills & Requirements





- 1+ year experience in Eligibility Verification / Patient Calling / Insurance Calling (Freshers with good English can also apply)
- Good knowledge of CPT, ICD, Copay, Deductible and Prior Authorization

- Solid English communication skills
- Knowledge of EMR systems: Athena / eCW / Kareo
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift
- Candidates from Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM / Insurance Verification backgrounds will be preferred
