We are looking for an Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations at our WHO-GMP certified manufacturing plant. This role involves day-to-day electrical upkeep of production machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on plant electrical systems and machinery.

- Handle troubleshooting and repair of control panels, switchgears, motors, and drives (VFDs).

- Monitor and operate utility systems including DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, and UPS.

- Support electrical maintenance of HVAC/AHU systems, chillers, and air compressors.

- Carry out wiring, cabling, conduit work, and lighting maintenance across the manufacturing plant.

- Maintain daily logbooks and maintenance registers accurately as per plant SOPs.

- Follow all safety rules, electrical safety procedures, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices on the shop floor.





- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams for smooth plant operations.

Requirements

- Experience: 5–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing plant or pharma facility.

- Education: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Skills:

- Practical knowledge of HT/LT panels, motors, star-delta starters, and VFDs.

- Hands-on experience with DG set operation and transformer maintenance.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Explicit communication in Hindi & basic English.
