Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to manage electrical maintenance and troubleshooting across our office/training facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and uninterrupted functioning of electrical systems, equipment, classrooms, and other infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Handle electrical repairs related to lights, fans, switches, sockets, wiring, MCBs, DBs, and power points.
- Maintain electrical systems in classrooms, offices, labs, cabins, reception, and common areas.
- Attend and resolve electrical complaints reported by employees, trainers, and management.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize electrical breakdowns.
- Check and maintain distribution boards, MCBs, electrical panels, UPS, and related systems.
- Support installation and shifting of electrical points, lights, fans, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with external electricians/contractors for major electrical work when required.
- Monitor electrical safety and immediately report any unsafe wiring, overload, short circuit, or other hazards.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and replacement of components.
- Ensure proper use and storage of electrical tools and materials.
- Assist the Administration/Facility team during branch setup, renovation, events, and infrastructure changes.
- Follow all applicable electrical safety procedures and company policies.




- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues.

Additional Facility Responsibilities The electrician may also be required to support the Facility/Admin team with:
- Basic AC-related coordination
- Generator/UPS coordination
- Power backup checks
- Classroom equipment setup
- Electrical work during new branch setup
- Vendor coordination for specialized electrical work

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams
- Knowledge of MCB, DB, switches, sockets, earthing, etc.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to respond to urgent maintenance requirements

Qualification
- ITI – Electrician / Electrical Trade preferred
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage
- Relevant practical experience in commercial/office facilities preferred

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be reliable, technically competent, safety-conscious, punctual, and willing to work across multiple branches when required. Experience in offices, educational institutes, training centres, commercial buildings, or similar facilities will be preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
