Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Service In-Charge to manage day-to-day sales and service operations. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating service activities, Installations, repair, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth overall branch/department operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, walk-ins, and market visits.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify current market opportunities and potential clients.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

Service

- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment/products.
- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and breakdown support.
- Diagnose technical problems and identify the root cause of faults.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Ensure service jobs are completed within the given timeline.
- Follow service procedures, technical instructions, and safety standards.
- Maintain proper records of service visits, repairs, parts used, and job completion.
- Coordinate with the Service In-Charge regarding technical issues and pending jobs.




- Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance requirements to customers.
- Report recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle tools, testing equipment, and spare parts responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
- Support the sales/service team during product demonstrations or technical discussions when required.

Required Skills
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical/electronic systems, depending on the product.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Basic computer/mobile reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a relevant technical trade.
- 1–5 years of relevant technician/service experience preferred.
- Fresh ITI/Diploma candidates may also be considered for junior positions.

- Number of service jobs completed.
- First-time resolution rate.
- Service response and turnaround time.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Quality of repair/installation.
- Preventive maintenance completion.
- Proper use and control of spare parts.
- Accuracy of service reports and documentation.
- Compliance with safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
