Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Test Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Electrical Test

Engineer will design, execute, and document test plans for power supplies, test power equipment, and related power electronics products.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating electrical test equipment, validating performance against specifications, analyzing test data, and identifying root causes for failures or deviations. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, collaborating with design,



production, and quality teams to implement corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement of test procedures and standards.

The Electrical Test

Engineer will also contribute to test automation, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and provide technical input for customer support and product enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Test Engineering, including designing test plans, executing validation procedures, and documenting results.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Testing and Electrical Engineering skills for power electronics, power supplies, and related systems.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose, analyze, and resolve electrical and test-related issues.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Test Equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters, electronic loads, and automated test setups.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of power electronics, DC/AC conversion, and safety standards applicable to high-voltage and high-power systems.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical specifications, and test reports, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Experience in automotive, energy storage, or industrial power systems testing is an advantage.
