Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor with at least 3 years of practical experience to direct field operations, lead technicians, and ensure high-standard electrical execution. You will oversee daily site tasks, manage contractor teams, enforce strict electrical safety standards, and troubleshoot installation and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Supervision: Direct daily activities of electricians, technicians, and sub-contractors on-site to maintain project schedules and standards.
- Installation & Maintenance: Oversee cable laying, tray installation, HT/LT panel alignment, transformer positioning, earthing systems, and internal/external lighting setups.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure strict compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and local electrical safety codes.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and execute tasks directly from Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematic layouts, and electrical blueprints.




- Quality Inspection: Conduct routine checks and sign off on Requests for Inspection (RFIs) prior to commissioning phases.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical faults, power quality issues, and wiring discrepancies quickly on-site to minimize downtime.
- Resource Tracking: Monitor tool availability, raw material usage, and daily labor logs to optimize site productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

Requirement Specification Education

Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent certification)

Experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in electrical construction or industrial maintenance

LicensingValid Electrical Supervisor License / Wireman Permit (highly preferred)

Core Technical SkillsHT/LT power distribution, switchgear maintenance, cable jointing, earthing systems, testing instruments (Megger, Multimeter, Earth Tester)

Key Soft SkillsTeam leadership, transparent communication, safety-first mindset, basic site reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
