Location: Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
Industry: Automotive / Electric Vehicles
Role:
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who understands how electrical systems come together at the vehicle level — not just on paper, but on an actual vehicle.
You will work across EV charging systems, wiring harnesses, electrical architecture, component integration and troubleshooting, supporting development from concept and prototype stages through validation and implementation.
We are open to both high-potential engineers with strong hands-on EV experience and seasoned automotive electrical professionals who bring deep domain knowledge and practical problem-solving capability.
What you will be working on:
- EV charging systems and associated electrical interfaces
- Wiring harness design, routing, connectors and electrical distribution
- Vehicle-level HV and LV electrical architecture
- Electrical schematics, circuit design and component selection
- Integration of electrical components with vehicle systems
- CAN communication, diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Prototype build support, testing and validation
- Root-cause analysis and resolution of electrical issues
- Design reviews, DFMEA/DVP and engineering documentation
- Supplier technical discussions, component evaluation and development
- Design optimisation for reliability, manufacturability, cost and serviceability
What we are looking for: Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical,
Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
You should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Automotive electrical / E&E; systems
- EV charging systems
- Wiring harness development
- HV/LV electrical systems
- Vehicle electrical architecture
- CAN communication and diagnostics
- Electrical testing and validation
- Automotive connectors, relays, fuses and protection systems
Experience with an Automotive OEM, EV manufacturer, Tier-1 supplier or automotive engineering organization is preferred but not mandatory.
What Matters:
We are less interested in checking boxes and more interested in whether you can understand a problem, get hands-on with the vehicle, diagnose what is happening and engineer a workable solution.
If you have spent a few years building strong EV electrical expertise, we would like to hear from you.
If you have spent many years solving automotive electrical problems and can bring that experience into an EV workplace, we would like to hear from you too.
Why this role:
This is not a narrow component-level role. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple electrical systems of an EV and see your engineering decisions move from design and development to an actual vehicle. For someone who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting and improving real products, this role offers significant technical ownership and exposure
