RSD Consultancy is hiring a Project Manager Testing & Commissioning for a hyperscale
Data Centre project with liquid cooling infrastructure at Airoli, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Testing & Commissioning delivery for the hyperscale
Data Centre, covering electrical, mechanical and liquid cooling systems.
Own the commissioning programme from Level 1 to Level 5 (factory testing, pre-
functional, functional, and Integrated Systems Testing).
Prepare, review and approve commissioning scripts L4 functional scripts, L5 IST scripts, failure-mode and black-building test scripts, and method statements.
Drive commissioning of liquid cooling systems CDUs, direct-to-chip / rear-door heat exchangers, technology cooling loops, manifolds and leak detection.
Develop and track commissioning schedules, manpower plans, resource loading and milestone reporting.
Interface with client, design consultants, OEMs, contractors and CxA on behalf of the project.
Chair commissioning meetings, manage issue/snag logs and drive timely closure.
Ensure all works comply with client standards, safety requirements, ASHRAE/Uptime guidelines and project specifications.
Handover of complete commissioning documentation, O&M; manuals and as-built records.
Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
1015 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, with proven Data Centre project delivery.
Hyperscale and liquid cooling project exposure strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience in commissioning script preparation (L4/L5, IST, failure mode) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, integrated testing and Data Centre reliability concepts (N+1, 2N, concurrent maintainability).
Excellent leadership, client-facing communication and team coordination skills.
Willing to work at the Airoli, Mumbai project site.

RSD Consultancy is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer for testing and commissioning of a hyperscale Data Centre project at Airoli, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end electrical testing and commissioning activities for the Data Centre.
Testing and commissioning of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems,
batteries, STS, ATS, RPP, busway, PDUs and switchgear.
Prepare and execute electrical commissioning scripts pre-functional checklists,
L4 functional test scripts and inputs to L5 Integrated Systems Testing.
Support load bank testing, black building tests, utility failure simulations and redundancy (N+1 / 2N) validation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, OEMs, consultants and the project team.
Review electrical drawings, SLDs, protection settings, test reports, checklists and commissioning documents.
Verify EPMS/SCADA integration, alarms, metering and points list validation. Support the electrical scope of liquid cooling infrastructure CDU power feeds, pumppanels, leak detection interlocks and VFDs.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely rectification.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications, and maintain complete testing records.
Requirements B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning.
Data Centre project experience essential; hyperscale experience preferred. Experience in commissioning script and checklist preparation required.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, protection, testing procedures and test instruments. Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work at the Airoli, Mumbai project site.

Company: RSD Consultancy Location: Airoli, Mumbai Experience: 8+ Years Project: Hyperscale Data Centre (Liquid Cooling) Salary: Best in industry (as per experience) RSD Consultancy is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for testing and commissioning of a hyperscale Data Centre project with liquid cooling at Airoli, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities . Handle mechanical testing and commissioning activities across the Data Centre cooling infrastructure. Commissioning of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, CRAH/CRAC units, precision cooling, piping, valves and ventilation systems.
Liquid cooling scope: commissioning of CDUs, direct-to-chip and rear-door heat exchanger systems, technology cooling system (TCS) and facility water system (FWS) loops, manifolds, dielectric/glycol fluid filling, flushing, flow balancing and leak detection.Prepare and execute mechanical commissioning scripts pre-functional checklists, L4 functional scripts and inputs to L5 Integrated Systems Testing.
Carry out flushing, chemical treatment, pressure testing, air and water balancing, and performance testing with load banks.
Verify BMS integration, sequence of operations, alarms, setpoints and failure-mode response.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, OEMs, consultants and the project team.Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs;, schematics, test reports, checklists and commissioning documents.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely rectification.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, ASHRAE guidelines and project specifications, and maintain complete testing records.
Requirements -B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning.
Data Centre project experience essential; liquid cooling and hyperscale exposure preferred.
Experience in commissioning script and checklist preparation required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and chilled water systems, testing procedures and balancing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
