Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Electrical Execution Engineer to oversee on-site electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities. You will be responsible for translating engineering designs into operational reality, managing field contractors, maintaining strict quality control, and ensuring full compliance with safety codes and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Lead daily field execution of electrical systems, including high-tension (HT) / low-tension (LT) panels, transformers, cabling, lighting, earthing, and switchgear.
- Engineering & Drawings: Interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules, layout drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate site setup.
- Contractor Management: Oversee subcontractors and site labor, monitoring productivity, work quality, and adherence to project schedules.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies on-site; perform regular inspection check-sheets, quality audits, and root-cause analyses for safety hazards or deviations.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct pre-commissioning checks, insulation resistance tests, relay testing, and high-voltage testing prior to handover.
- Material & Inventory Management: Inspect incoming electrical materials for specification compliance, track material consumption,



and report shortages or delays.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and Instrumentation & Control (I&C;) teams to resolve spatial conflicts and interface dependencies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site logs, daily progress reports (DPRs), request-for-inspection (RFI) logs, and assist in preparing as-built drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)

Experience 3–6 years of hands-on site execution experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects

Technical KnowledgeDeep familiarity with HT/LT electrical distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, cable laying, earthing, and lightning protection

Standards & CodesStrong understanding of local electrical regulations, National Electrical Code (NEC), or relevant IEC standards

Software SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD (for drawing interpretation) and MS Office (Excel, Word)

Soft SkillsTeam leadership, problem-solving under pressure, clear verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid Electrical Supervisor / Competency License issued by the relevant state or regulatory authority.
- Prior experience in testing & commissioning of primary power distribution setups.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera P6).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
