We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and analyzing MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.

Experience:

- Minimum experience of 5 to 6 years in building industry

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree course in Electrical Engineering

Certifications and skillsets:

- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Autodesk Revit
- AGI32 and Dialux

Responsibilities:

- Develop and review detailed electrical designs, plans, and specifications for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations.
- Design of lighting systems and fire alarm systems.
- Work closely with the project team to integrate electrical systems with overall building design.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless MEP system integration.
- Develop project schedules, budgets,



and resource allocation plans for MEP systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Generate technical reports, including design calculations, equipment specifications, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation.

US and Middle East work experience will be an added advantage.

Other Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Codes including but not limited to NEC, Energy Code, and NFPA standards.
- Aptitude for project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
