- Design and prepare electrical drawings for DG sets and electrical panels.

- Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control circuit diagrams and panel layouts.

- Ensure drawings are prepared as per approved specifications, standards and customer requirements.

- Scope of Supply &

- Technical Deviations

- Review the standard scope of supply of DG sets and identify any deviations, exclusions or additional requirements.

- Coordinate with relevant departments for clarification and rectification of identified deviations.

- DG Testing &

- Daily Reporting

- Carry out and/or supervise testing of DG sets as per approved testing procedures and technical specifications.

- Prepare and maintain daily DG testing reports, recording all relevant electrical and performance parameters.

- Identify abnormalities during testing and coordinate for necessary corrective action.

- DG Sizing – North Eastern Region

- Act as the DG Sizing Leader for the North Eastern Region.

- Evaluate customer load requirements and determine the appropriate DG capacity.

- Perform load calculations considering motor loads, starting current, power factor and other relevant technical parameters.

- Provide technical support to the Sales team for DG selection and sizing.

- Inspection of DG Sets

- Carry out and/or supervise inspection of DG sets in the presence of authorized representatives/personnel from various departments and organizations such as CPWD, AAI and other government or institutional customers.

- Ensure DG sets meet the required technical specifications, quality standards and inspection requirements.

- Coordinate with concerned departments for closure of observations raised during inspection.

- Controller &

- Software-Related Issues

- Identify, troubleshoot and rectify software/configuration-related issues in DG controllers.

- Coordinate with the OEM/authorized technical support team wherever required.

- Verify controller settings, alarms, protections, parameters and functionality after rectification.





- Cable Sizing &

- Protection Equipment

- Determine appropriate cable sizes, ratings and specifications for DG sets and electrical panels.

- Select and determine ratings of protective and switching equipment such as MCCBs, ACBs, MCBs, contactors, relays and other electrical components.

- Ensure proper selection based on load requirements, electrical calculations and applicable standards.

- Technical Support to Sales &

- Customers

- Provide technical details and specifications of DG sets and electrical panels to the Sales team.

- Provide technical clarification and product information to customers whenever required.

- Assist the Sales team in addressing customer technical queries and preparing technical offers/submissions.

- Technical Particulars &

- Quality Assurance Plan

- Prepare General Technical Particulars (GTP) for each DG set as per customer requirements and applicable specifications.

- Prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for individual DG sets/projects.

- Ensure technical documents are accurate, complete and aligned with approved specifications and customer requirements.

- Quality Inspection of Electrical Equipment

- Perform quality checks and inspection of electrical equipment and components purchased for customized panels and AMF panels.

- Verify components against approved specifications, ratings, drawings and purchase requirements.

- Identify non-conforming components and coordinate with Purchase/Quality teams for necessary corrective action.

- Review of KOEL Guidelines &

- Technical Brochures

- Regularly review and scrutinize KOEL guidelines, technical documents, product specifications and brochures.

- Identify changes or updates in DG specifications, technical parameters, product features, standards and guidelines.

- Ensure relevant changes are incorporated into drawings, technical documents, GTPs, QAPs and other engineering records.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
