About the Role

Bluspring Enterprises Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage operation, maintenance, and execution activities at the Mel-3 Plant GSFC Vadodara site. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in continuous manufacturing process plants within the Fertilizer, Chemical, or Petrochemical industries.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience:
- B.E. + minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Diploma + minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Industry Requirement: Hands-on experience in continuous manufacturing process plants (Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical or similar industries).

Key Responsibilities

- High Voltage & Switchboard Operations:
- Operation and maintenance of Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) and Switchboards rated 11 KV and above.
- Hands-on experience with Auto/Manual Changeover schemes in HV & LV switchboards.
- Low Voltage & Motor Controls:
- Operation and maintenance of LV Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), DOL Starters, Star Delta Starters, Power feeders, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, and DCDB Panels.
- Hands-on experience working with VFDs (LV VFD knowledge is essential; HV VFD knowledge is an added advantage).
- Equipment Maintenance & Overhauling:
- Supervising overhauling (including bearing replacement) of LV motors up to 150 KW.
- Periodic maintenance and condition monitoring of HV & LV motors up to 1 MW.




- Supervising periodic maintenance and monitoring of HV Transformers up to 2.5 MVA.
- Operation and handling of DG Sets up to 1800 KVA.
- Relays & Electrical Diagnostics:
- Working experience with ABB, Schneider, and Alstom numerical relays.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults using electrical drawings, schematic diagrams, and interconnection schedules.
- Plant Maintenance & Shutdown:
- Supervising preventive maintenance (PM) of earthing systems, lighting systems, and Electrical Heat Tracing systems.
- Comprehensive shutdown planning and execution, including arranging temporary power supply during annual shutdowns.
- Site Management & Documentation:
- Job planning, permit-to-work coordination with clients, and handling emergency power failure activities during off-hours.
- Material indenting, inventory management, and maintaining critical spare parts/consumables.
- Preparing shift schedules, managing site manpower, and generating daily/monthly progress reports.
- Maintaining Integrated Management System (IMS) records, tool/tackle safety compliance, instrument calibration, and checklist verifications.

Required Technical Skills & Tools Hands-on proficiency with diagnostic equipment, including:

- HV & LV Meggers, Multimeters, Clamp-ON Meters, and Earth Resistance Testers
- Bearing Analyzers & Vibration Meters
- 3-Phase Power Analyzers
- Hydrometers & Contact/Non-Contact Type Tachometers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
