Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical maintenance of plant machinery and production equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot HT/LT panels, MCCs, PCCs, motors, starters, VFDs, transformers and control panels.
- Maintain electrical systems used in plastic/pipe/tank/extrusion/injection-moulding machinery.
- Monitor electrical loads, voltage, current, power factor and energy consumption.
- Handle electrical breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Prepare preventive-maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Supervise electricians, technicians and electrical contractors.
- Ensure proper earthing, cable management,



panel maintenance and electrical safety.
- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical departments during breakdowns and shutdowns.
- Maintain critical electrical spares and coordinate with Purchase for requirements.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.

Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial electrical-maintenance experience.
- Experience in plastic, pipe, tank, extrusion, injection moulding or continuous-process manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹10,598.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
