We are currently looking for Electrical Draughtsman for our GCC office based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical drawings and drafting deliverables for Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed
- Engineering projects.
- Develop and update Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Electrical Equipment Layouts, Cable Routing
- Layouts, Cable Tray Layouts, Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts, Lighting Layouts, and
- Installation Drawings.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings including power distribution layouts, grounding layouts,
- lighting layouts, junction box layouts, duct bank layouts, and trench routing drawings.
- Generate electrical drafting deliverables based on engineering inputs, design calculations, markups, and project specifications.
- Incorporate comments received from engineers, Clients, consultants, and vendors into project
- drawings and ensure timely updates.
- Co-ordinate with Electrical Engineers and multidisciplinary teams including Process, Mechanical,
- Piping, Civil & Structural, Instrumentation, and Project departments for accurate integration of
- electrical systems within plant layouts.
- Support 3D model development and review activities related to electrical cable routing, equipment
- placement, and interface co-ordination.
- Ensure compliance of all drawings with project specifications, design standards, company
- procedures, and applicable international codes.
- Maintain drawing registers, document control requirements, revision management, and project
- drafting records.
- Review and check drawings for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and adherence to drafting
- standards before issue.
- Provide drafting support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and as-built
- documentation stages of projects.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site mark-ups and construction feedback.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of all assigned drafting and design documentation.

Job Requirements: Qualifications, Knowledge & Skill set





- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering / Draughtsmanship from a recognized institute.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in electrical drafting and design for industrial projects, preferably in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, Energy Transition, Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, or EPC sectors.
- Experience in preparation of electrical design and drafting deliverables including:

• Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
- Electrical Equipment Layouts
- Cable Routing and Cable Tray Layouts
- Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts
- Lighting Layouts
- Electrical Installation Details
- Underground Conduit and Trench Layouts
- Wiring and Termination Drawings
- As-Built Drawings

- Valuable understanding of LV and MV power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, MCCs,
- PCCs, motors, VFDs, UPS systems, battery systems, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering standards, drafting procedures, and project documentation requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, vendor drawings, and engineering mark-ups.
- Experience in multidisciplinary co-ordination and development of integrated engineering layouts.
- Knowledge of international standards and codes such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, IS, and relevant industry engineering practices.
- Familiarity with hazardous area requirements applicable to refinery, petrochemical, and industrial facilities.
- Good communication and co-ordination skills for interaction with engineers, designers, vendors, and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet project schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to quality, safety, engineering excellence, and timely project delivery.
