Role Description The Electrical BIM Modeler is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed electrical Building Information Models for a variety of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D electrical models, producing coordinated construction drawings, and collaborating with architecture, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure design consistency. The role involves interpreting design inputs, incorporating industry standards and local codes, and supporting project documentation throughout the design and construction phases.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in Thrissur, requiring close coordination with project stakeholders and other discipline modelers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Electrical Modeler workflows, including 3D modeling and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) integration, enabling effective collaboration across disciplines.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reading Construction Drawings, including layouts, schematics, and detailed documentation.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit or similar tools) and familiarity with relevant electrical standards and codes.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with experience in construction or engineering consulting environments.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work within project deadlines, and effective communication skills in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination meetings, and model-based quantity take-offs is an advantage.
- 4+ Years Handson experience.
