We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Design Engineer to support the design, engineering, and execution of electrical systems for compressor packages and industrial applications. This role requires a robust understanding of power distribution systems, electrical design, instrumentation, and application engineering, along with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical and cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing electrical system layouts, power and control schematics, technical specifications, and design documentation. You will work closely with sales, project execution, vendors, and customers to evaluate RFQs, develop technical solutions, support tendering activities, and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates with experience in Power, Oil & Gas, CNG, EPC, Industrial Equipment, Process Plants, or Heavy Engineering industries and exposure to MV/HV systems, PLC-based controls, instrumentation, power distribution, and hazardous area applications are encouraged to apply.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fairly Good knowledge on Power Plants system applications in regard to Medium Voltage and/or High Voltage systems as well as Power Distribution and Transmission systems.
- Shall be able to create system models and simulations of the Electrical Power systems whilst generating the necessary design reports and documentation.
- Responsible for developing the layouts,



preparing technical specifications, troubleshooting of the operational issues, making changes to fix any issues, and creating other details for the electrical system to meet the end customers requirements.
- He / She shall be responsible for evaluating customers requirements from the Tenders or Request for Quotations (RFQs) and developing complete solution for the electrical systems with required products and components in order to bridge the gaps between the customers requirements and the available solutions in the market.
- He / She should have a working knowledge of conceptual design which includes control circuits, power circuit, instrument circuit, PLC logic, and operational sequence of the machine.
- To obtain the technical offers from the Approved suppliers / vendors and evaluate these offers for the best possible solution to meet the end customer requirements.
- He/she should be able to study, select and apply various instruments required for high pressure gases and flame proof application.
- To take a lead in mapping all the requirements of tender or RFQ for electrical as well as mechanical design. And also involve in giving solutions when any problem arises during the execution of orders.
- To Prepare operational philosophy of the machine in line with application requirement.
- To Lead and coordinate with the sales and execution teams for all the technical queries on a project.

Required Profile / Key Skills

- Collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Electrical CAD is an added advantage.
- Interpret and analyze power system data and performance.
- Troubleshoot power system issues and failures
