Role Description The Early Years Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at ASPAM Scottish School in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing the curriculum and daily operations of the early years section, ensuring that teaching practices align with school standards and CBSE guidelines. The coordinator will plan and review lesson plans, monitor classroom activities, and support educators in implementing age-appropriate, play-based learning.

Key responsibilities include mentoring early years teachers, organizing parent interactions, tracking student progress, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.



The coordinator will also collaborate with school leadership on academic planning, co-curricular initiatives, and staff training for continuous improvement in early years education.

Qualifications
