Job Summary

Pro Team Solutions Private Limited is looking for a B. Com graduate with basic knowledge of Accounting and MS Excel to support day-to-day activities related to E-Way Bill processing and coordination at our client location in Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with E-Way Bill generation, updating, and tracking.
- Support day-to-day E-Way Bill-related activities and documentation.
- Verify basic details such as invoice information, GST details, vehicle details, and other required data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders for E-Way Bill requirements.
- Maintain proper records and trackers using MS Excel.
- Assist in resolving basic discrepancies related to invoices and E-Way Bills.




- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow up on pending E-Way Bill requirements and ensure timely completion.
- Support the team with other basic accounting and operational activities as required.

Required Skills

- B. Com Graduate with basic knowledge of Accounting.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoices, and accounting concepts will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable data-entry and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn E-Way Bill processes.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain records.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Important: Candidates should be comfortable working from the above client location and should preferably be staying nearby or be willing to relocate. Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
