Innvikta Cybersecurity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. helps organizations train and test users against modern age cybersecurity threats. Our platform offers advanced cyber attack simulations with a feature-rich Learning Management System (LMS) and an extensive library of engaging training content. Through realistic scenarios and multiple attack vectors, the platform strengthens user resilience in an evolving threat landscape.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Content Developer to create and edit interactive cybersecurity awareness modules for Innvikta’s InSAT platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Content Developer will create, update, and maintain high-quality training content for the InSAT platform, including interactive modules, scripts, scenarios, and assessments aligned with cybersecurity best practices.
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar authoring tools.
- Convert provided scripts and content into clear, engaging storyboards.
- Create interactive activities such as scenarios, quizzes, simulations, branching exercises and knowledge checks.
- Design or adapt visual elements using Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs and image or video-generation tools to support content creation.
- Edit and update existing learning modules based on feedback.
- Ensure modules are visually consistent,



user-friendly and compatible with the InSAT platform.
- Test modules for functionality, responsiveness and learner experience.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning tools.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva or graphic-design tools.
- Ability to create storyboards from provided content and scripts.
- Understanding of instructional design and interactive learning principles.
- Interest in gamification, game-based learning, or scenario-based training will be an advantage.
- Good written communication, attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Education or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a systematic approach to reviewing and improving content.

Experience:

- Fresh graduates with solid portfolios and demonstrable tool proficiency are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply. A portfolio or sample e-learning module will be preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills, portfolio and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools.
