Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support – Assist in creating and sending promotional emails, newsletters, and product updates.
- Database Management – Help maintain and segment subscriber lists.
- Content Assistance – Support in drafting subject lines and basic email copy.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and report findings.
- Learning & Development – Gain exposure to tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SendGrid.
Required Skills
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Communication – Good written English for drafting easy email content.
- Analytical Mindset – Willingness to learn reporting and analytics.
