Role Description The E-Commerce, Quick Commerce and Modern Trade Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The executive will manage and optimize online sales channels, including e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and modern trade accounts.

Daily responsibilities include listing and updating products, monitoring pricing and promotions, tracking inventory and order fulfillment, and coordinating with internal teams for packaging, logistics, and customer support.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and modern trade practices.




- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and optimize channel performance.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Customer service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and support a positive buying experience.
- Experience working with online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, or FMCG/food products is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic reporting tools, and inventory/order management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
