About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to manage the daily execution of our online sales operations across multiple marketplaces and our own website.

The role involves supervising the complete order flow from order receipt and stock verification to picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and stock reconciliation.

The candidate should be comfortable working with marketplace dashboards, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams, following up pending orders, and ensuring that daily e-commerce operations run accurately and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Order Operations

- Manage daily orders from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho,Firstcry, JioMart and Shopify / company website.
- Monitor new, pending, packed, shipped, cancelled, returned, and replacement orders.
- Ensure every order is processed within the required marketplace SLA.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, checking, packing, and dispatch.
- Follow up until all daily orders are completely dispatched.
- Ensure the correct SKU, size, colour, quantity, invoice and shipping label are used for every order.
- Identify and resolve order-processing delays before they affect marketplace performance.

Stock & Inventory Coordination
- Maintain accurate stock availability for e-commerce products.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams when stock is low or unavailable.
- Monitor SKU-wise, size-wise, and colour-wise stock.
- Help reconcile physical inventory with system and marketplace stock.
- Identify stock mismatches, overselling risks, unavailable SKUs, and inventory errors.
- Ensure inward and outward stock movements are properly recorded.
- Coordinate finished-goods stock received from production with marketplace requirements.

Packing & Dispatch Supervision
- Supervise daily picking and packing operations.




- Ensure products are properly checked before packing.
- Verify quantity, size, colour, quality, packaging, invoice, and shipping labels.
- Ensure marketplace and website orders are dispatched within cut-off timings.
- Coordinate courier and marketplace pickup schedules.
- Follow up on missed pickups, delayed shipments, failed dispatches, and logistics issues.
- Maintain clear records of orders pending dispatch and reasons for delay.

Returns, RTO & Replacement Management
- Track marketplace returns, RTOs, customer returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate returned-product receiving and verification.
- Ensure returned items are checked for condition and correctly classified.
- Coordinate restocking of saleable returned products.
- Maintain records for damaged, rejected, missing, or non-saleable returns.
- Escalate unusual return or RTO patterns to management.

Marketplace Operations
- Monitor marketplace operational dashboards daily.
- Check order defects, cancellations, late dispatches, return issues, and account-health related operational alerts.
- Coordinate resolution of basic marketplace operational issues.
- Maintain product availability and inventory wherever required.
- Follow up internally on issues affecting marketplace order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with senior management when marketplace support escalation is required.

Team Supervision
- Supervise warehouse staff involved in e-commerce picking, packing, checking, and dispatch.
- Allocate daily work based on order volume and priority.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain discipline, productivity,



and cleanliness in the e-commerce packing and dispatch area.
- Train team members on correct picking, packing, SKU identification, and dispatch procedures.

Daily MonitoringThe E-Commerce Operations Supervisor should have a clear status every day on:
- Total orders received
- Orders processed
- Orders pending
- Orders packed
- Orders dispatched
- Orders delayed
- Stock shortages
- Marketplace cancellations
- Returns and RTOs
- Pending replacements
- Courier pickup issues
- Stock mismatches
- Operational issues requiring escalation

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, order processing, dispatch, inventory, or marketplace operations.
- Experience handling marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho or similar platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of order processing, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Comfortable using computers, Excel / Google Sheets, marketplace dashboards, and inventory software.
- Robust attention to detail, especially with SKU, size, colour, quantity, and stock accuracy.
- Valuable follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to supervise a small operational team.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with daily dispatch deadlines.
- Tamil communication is essential; basic working English is preferred.

What We Are Looking ForWe need someone who takes ownership of the full daily e-commerce execution cycle: Orders → Stock Check → Picking → Checking → Packing → Dispatch → Tracking → Returns → Stock Reconciliation The candidate should not simply update order status. If an order is stuck, stock is missing, a pickup is delayed, or a return is unresolved, they should actively follow up and make sure the issue reaches closure.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Salary will be based on e-commerce marketplace experience, inventory knowledge, dispatch handling, team-management ability, and overall operational capability.
