Role Description The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end online sales operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all digital retail channels. This full time, on-site role based in Nashik includes managing product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and order fulfillment across marketplaces and the company’s own website. The role involves monitoring daily order flow, coordinating with warehousing and logistics for timely dispatches, and tracking returns and replacements.

The E-commerce Operations Manager will analyze sales data, optimize promotions,



and improve customer experience through efficient processes and responsive communication. This position also collaborates with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to maintain accurate stock levels, support campaigns, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong e-commerce operations skills, including marketplace management, order processing, and inventory coordination.
- Experience with online catalog management, including product listing, pricing, content updates, and basic SEO for product pages.
- Ability to use data and analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes related to e-commerce fulfillment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort with technology platforms such as e-commerce dashboards, ERP or inventory systems, and Excel or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, commerce, or a related field; relevant e-commerce experience in FMCG or food products is an advantage.
