Salary: ₹15000– ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Executive to manage our day-to-day order fulfillment and backend operations.

The candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, order processing, dispatch, returns, claims and inventory management across our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

- Process daily orders from Shopify and marketplace seller panels.
- Pick products accurately according to orders.
- Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels and other required documents.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups.
- Track pending, cancelled, failed and delayed orders.

↩Returns & RTO Management

- Process customer returns and RTO shipments.
- Check returned products and update return status.
- Coordinate replacement/refund-related processes.
- Reconcile returned inventory with physical stock.
- Identify damaged, missing or incorrect returns.
- Maintain proper return records and follow up on pending cases.

Claims Management

- Raise claims for lost, damaged, short or incorrect shipments.
- Maintain claim-related documents and records.
- Follow up with courier/marketplace support until claims are resolved.




- Track pending claims and ensure eligible amounts are recovered.
- Maintain a claims tracker and escalate unresolved cases.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate physical and online inventory.
- Perform regular stock counting and reconciliation.
- Identify stock mismatches and investigate discrepancies.
- Update inventory across Shopify/marketplaces.
- Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock SKUs.
- Maintain proper records of inward, outward, returns and damaged stock.

E-Commerce Backend

- Manage daily operations on Shopify and marketplace seller panels.
- Monitor order, inventory and return dashboards.
- Download and maintain operational reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier and internal teams.
- Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly.

Reporting

- Maintain daily order and dispatch reports.
- Maintain return, RTO and claims trackers.
- Maintain inventory reports.
- Share daily/weekly operational updates.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, warehouse or inventory management preferred.




- Basic knowledge of Shopify / Amazon / Flipkart / other marketplace seller panels is an advantage.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good computer skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with SKU numbers, quantities and inventory records accurately.
- Responsible, punctual and organised.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently complete assigned work without constant supervision.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in

Shopify | Amazon Seller Central | Flipkart Seller Hub | Shiprocket | Unicommerce | Inventory Management | Returns | RTO | Courier Claims | Excel will be preferred.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of the complete order-to-dispatch and return process, rather than someone who only performs picking and packing.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing both physical fulfillment work and computer/backend work.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Salary will depend on experience, computer skills, e-commerce knowledge and ability to independently manage operations.

Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant e-commerce experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
