Role Description The E-Commerce SEO & AEO Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The specialist will optimize product pages and category structures for search engines and answer engines, conduct keyword and intent research, and implement on-page and technical SEO best practices for e-commerce platforms. Daily responsibilities include tracking rankings and organic performance, analyzing user behavior and conversion data, and recommending improvements to product descriptions, metadata, site architecture, and internal linking.

The role will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with SEO and AEO strategies, manage SEO tools and dashboards,



and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and Commerce workflows, including product catalog management and conversion optimization.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO/AEO platforms.
- Explicit and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting optimization strategies and results.
- Customer Service orientation with a focus on user experience, search intent satisfaction, and building trust through helpful, accurate information.
- Sales awareness and ability to connect SEO and AEO initiatives to revenue, upsell opportunities, and overall funnel performance.
- Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, technical SEO, structured data (schema), and answer engine optimization (featured snippets, voice search, FAQs).
- Familiarity with major search engines and marketplaces (e.g., Google, Bing, Amazon, other e-commerce platforms) and their ranking factors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
