Role & responsibilities

*Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms.

*Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

*Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

*Coordinate with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.

*Monitor sales, stock levels, and product performance.

*Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

*Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

*Resolve customer and marketplace-related issues.

*Ensure product listings and information are accurate and up to date.

*Support online sales growth and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

*Candidate should have 23 years of experience in E-commerce *operations.



Should have good knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. Valuable *communication, coordination, and analytical skills are preferred. *Candidate should be responsible, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day e-commerce activities independently.
