Role Description The E-commerce Executive (Amazon Specialist) will manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts to drive sales growth and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and updating product listings, managing PPC campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and implementing data-backed strategies for pricing, promotions, and conversion optimization. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely customer communication, and smooth order processing.

requiring close collaboration with the local team to maintain consistent execution and scalable systems across accounts.

Qualifications

- Strong commerce and e-commerce understanding, preferably with experience in Amazon Seller Central or marketplace operations.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data, optimize PPC campaigns, and make informed decisions on pricing and promotions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and handling customer interactions clearly and professionally.
- Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support positive buyer experiences on Amazon.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and support revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis; familiarity with Amazon advertising dashboards is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in Amazon-focused roles is a plus.
