We are looking for a E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working on Shopify, managing online orders, updating products and assisting customers/lead.

The ideal candidate should have basic e-commerce knowledge and a practical approach to handling day-to-day website and order-related tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Working knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in customer query handling / customer support.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage online orders and follow up on order-related requirements.
- Basic understanding of website and product management.
- Experience in women's fashion / women's apparel / ethnic wear will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor online orders from marketplaces.
- Update and maintain order information using Google Sheets and other internal records.
- Respond to customer queries through online channels in a polite and professional manner with product, order, delivery and other basic website-related questions.
- Manage Shopify website operations, including product additions, product information updates and other minor website changes.




- Keep product information, pricing, availability and other website details updated.
- Coordinate internally for order-related requirements whenever required.
- Assist with regular e-commerce operations and website management.
- Perform other simple day-to-day tasks related to the online store as required.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
- Familiar with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
- Good at communicating.
- Comfortable handling routine website and order-related work.
- Interested in the fashion, retail and e-commerce industry.

Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience can be considered.
- Candidates with prior experience in Shopify, e-commerce, customer support, online order management or women's apparel will be preferred.
