We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our e-commerce team as an E-commerce Listing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across online marketplaces and the company’s e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and an interest in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and upload new product listings on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Add and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, prices, SKUs, and other product information.
- Upload and manage product images according to marketplace requirements.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and error-free.
- Update inventory, pricing, product attributes, and other listing details.
- Perform basic keyword research and SEO optimization for product titles and descriptions.
- Check listings regularly for errors, missing information, suppressed products, or rejected listings.
- Coordinate with the design, inventory, and sales teams for product-related information.
- Maintain product data and records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in managing listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor competitors and marketplace listings when required.
- Follow marketplace guidelines and ensure compliance with listing requirements.
- Perform other day-to-day e-commerce operations as assigned.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Valuable written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with product data and images accurately.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn marketplace platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple products/tasks.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or Meesho.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Experience with Canva or basic image editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of product cataloging or marketplace operations is an advantage.
